Profiles Sales Assessment™

The Profiles Sales Assessment™  is a multipurpose, robust, total person assessment specific to sales. It has a built in coaching report for new and current employees and is readily used to manage sales people and account managers. The "job matching" feature is unique to both tools, and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. The data is based on the top-performing sales people in specific sales jobs in an organization. With this sales assessment Minnesota sales managers are also able to predict on-the-job performance in seven critical sales behaviors: prospecting, call reluctance, closing the sale, self-starting, working with a team, building and maintaining relationships, and compensation preference.
